WEST CHESTER, Pa. - No. 1-ranked West Chester University men's soccer defeated Georgian Court University 2-1 in its home opener. Sophomore
Craig Potts (Stewartstown, Pa. / Kennard-Dale) and
freshman Ryan Belfiore (Bel Air, Md. / C. Milton Wright) led the Golden Rams by scoring one goal apiece.
How it Happened:
- Georgian Court took an early lead, scoring a goal in the sixth minute of action.
- Six minutes later, the Golden Rams tied the game on the Potts goal, his first of the season.
- Early in the second half, Belfiore connected to take the lead for West Chester.
