2021 All-Super Region 1 Team

Jackson Taylor (Glenside, Pa./Abington) was named to the Division 2 Commissioner's Conference Association All-Super Region 1 squad it was announced Wednesday afternoon.

Taylor led the Golden Rams and the PSAC Eastern Division in tackles with 98 stops on the year. The PSAC East Defensive Player of the Year was also a first team All-PSAC East selection and the PSAC East Defensive Player of the Week on September 20. He ranked fifth in the PSAC overall in tackles and 27th in the country. His 10.5 tackles for a loss ranked 12th in the PSAC, and his 3.5 sacks ranked 23rd in the PSAC overall. Taylor led WCU in QB hurries with four.

This is Taylor's first appearance on the D2CCA all-super region team. He helped West Chester to a 6-5 finish overall and 4-3 mark in the PSAC Eastern Division.
