KUTZTOWN, PA - West Chester University's women's tennis team defeated Kutztown, 7-0, on the road.
The visiting Golden Rams swept the three doubles matches to claim the one point. Sophomores
Tori Alexander (Norristown, Pa./Spring-Ford) and
Elania Lee (Pottstown, Pa./Owen J. Roberts) won their match, 6-4, to score the point for WCU.
Alyssa Skulsky (Churchville, Pa./Council Rock South) and
Davica Massaro (Medford, NJ./Shawnee) won their match, 6-1, as well as
Julia Mowrey (Bethlehem, Pa./Notre Dame) and
Shannon Nixon (Wyncote,Pa./Cheltenham), 6-0.
The Golden Rams won all their singles matches in two sets each. Alexander, Massaro,
Leandra Roelker (Allentown, Pa./Salisbury), Lee, Skulsky, and Rochford all had victories.
