WEST CHESTER, PA - West Chester's women's tennis team returned to the courts on South Campus this afternoon for the quarterfinal round of the 2022 PSAC Tournament. The second-seeded Golden Rams stopped third-seed Bloomsburg, 4-0, to advance to the conference semifinals this coming weekend.

West Chester (9-9) started out strong in the double's competition as head coach
Tina Tharp's charges won two of the three matches to claim the first point of the playoff match. The Golden Rams won second, third and sixth singles to end the match early. Three singles matches went unfinished because the outcome was decided.

West Chester finds itself moving on in the PSAC Tournament for the second straight campaign, marking the eighth semifinal appearance in the last nine seasons for the Golden Rams. WCU will take on Indiana (Pa.) at Bloomsburg's Burt Reese Tennis Center Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. The PSAC Championship Game is set for Saturday at 1 p.m.
