BLOOMSBURG, Pa.- The West Chester men's tennis team returned to action on Sunday afternoon at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Individual Championships at the Burt Reese Tennis Center on the campus of Bloomsburg University.
In doubles action, the duo of
Brady Burns (Narvon, Pa./Peques Valley) and
Luas Henke (Rockwall, Tx./Rockwall Heath) battled throughout their quarterfinal match but fell to the Edinboro pairing of Fabricio Sosa and Gordan Mileusnic by an 8-4 final.
In singles play,
Felix Weber (Wolfenbuettel, Germany/IMG Academy) fell to Danylo Rekun of Mercyhurst by a 6-3, 6-4 final while Henke dropped his Round of 16 match to Lukas Cabue of Mercyhurst by a 6-0, 6-4 final.
West Chester returns to action on Tuesday against St. Thomas Aquinas in what will be its final match of the fall season.
