SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV - West Chester University's women's tennis squad downed host Shepherd, 7-0, in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Eastern Division match Saturday afternoon.
West Chester (4-5, 3-0 PSAC East) remains in a tie for first place in the Eastern Division while Shepherd (2-10, 0-3) is still in search of its first league win.
The Golden Rams swept the doubles, before moving on and sweeping all six singles.
West Chester will take on Frostburg State on Sunday in a non-league match.
