LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its women's basketball Athletes of the Week on Monday afternoon. For the second time this month,
the league office recognized Michelle Kozicki (Wilmington, Del./Padua). Kozicki, named Defensive Player of the Week earlier in December, copped Athlete of the Week honors this week after three outstanding performances to conclude 2024.
Kozicki continued her excellent run of play in December as the senior forward has now scored 20 points or more in each of the last four games and five of the last six, with five double-doubles to her name during that time. On December 15, Kozicki recorded her 1000

Emily McAteer in January 2024 at Lock Haven.
Kozicki followed this up with another excellent performance on Saturday against unbeaten No. 12/5 Seton Hill. Kozicki nearly led the Golden Rams to their second upset win over a top-15 foe of the season on Saturday, finishing with 26 points on 11-of-21 shooting along with 12 rebounds, three assists, and three steals in the five-point setback. Over the last three games, Kozicki has averaged 27.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 blocks per game.
