LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released its women's volleyball All-League teams on Thursday afternoon and West Chester had three players honored as
Lacie Brown (Cochranville, Pa./Avon Grove) and
Zoe Haines (York, Pa./York Suburban) earned First Team honors, while
Abiah Lane (Ardmore, Pa./Lower Merion) earned a spot on the Second Team.
Three is the most players that West Chester has landed on the All-League squad since 2022, when Brynn Dreisbach, Jamie Byrne, and Hailey Lewis were all honored. West Chester has not had two first-team honorees since 2021, when Jamie Byrne and Julia Vreeswyk were named to the First Team, while Olivia Rudjord earned a spot on the Second Team.
Haines is now a two-time All-League selection for the Golden Rams, as the senior was a Second Team All-PSAC East selection last November.
Following her All-League honor as a junior, Haines was even more impressive in her senior season, leading the team in kills with 307, while ranking third in blocks with 51.0. Haines, who was a PSAC East Athlete of the Week earlier this season, hit .291 (307-100-712) on the year, while also recording 10 aces and 64 digs, providing well-rounded support for the Golden Rams. Haines registered a season-high 19 kills in a win at Kutztown on October 3, which was just one kill shy of matching her single-match career high of 20 from the 2024 campaign.
Brown completed an incredible season in 2025, finishing the year with 994 assists, 247 digs, 93 kills, and 49 aces. Brown led West Chester in assists and aces while ranking second on the team in digs. The senior setter also had a hand in 38 blocks this season. Brown ended the season fourth in the PSAC in assists per set and fifth in assists, while also ranking fourth in the PSAC aces. In just two seasons as a Golden Ram, Brown moved into eighth all-time in career assists, while 9.26 assists per set is the third best in team history.
Lane is the final All-League selection for Bellaver's Golden Rams as the senior outside hitter finished the year second on the team in kills with 280 and aces with 35, while ranking third in digs with 225 and fourth in blocks with 44. Lane also finished the season fourth on the team in assists with 33.
West Chester concluded its 2025 season on Tuesday afternoon in the PSAC Quarterfinals with a 3-0 loss to PSAC West Regular Season Champion Gannon. West Chester ends the year at 19-10 overall and 7-7 in league play as the Golden Rams returned to the PSAC Tournament for the first time since 2022.
