WEST CHESTER, Pa.- The West Chester University men's tennis team is preparing to host Edinboro on Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Due to rain in the forecast throughout the day on Friday and Saturday, the Golden Rams match against Edinboro originally scheduled for Saturday afternoon has been bumped to Sunday morning prior to the WCU women's tennis match vs Slippery Rock.

West Chester enters the weekend following a 4-3 win over Ursinus on the Ace Bailey Tennis Courts on Thursday afternoon. West Chester swept doubles as
Brady Burns and
Felix Weber won first doubles 6-1 while
Mateus DeVasconcellos and
Andres Urrutia won their second doubles match 6-4.
Sam Robertson and
Lucas Henke won their third doubles match by a 6-1 final to close the sweep.
In singles play, Henke won his match 6-4, 6-1, while Burns triumphed 6-2, 6-1 and Weber won by a 7-5, 6-1 final to help West Chester earn the 4-3 victory. Henke's victory at first singles clinched the match for the Golden Rams.
Schedule Shakeup
Due to rain on Friday and Saturday, West Chester was forced to postpone its men's tennis match vs Edinboro to Sunday morning and cancel the women's match vs Edinboro, originally scheduled for Saturday afternoon. West Chester women's tennis will still host Slippery Rock on Sunday at 12 P.M.

Sunday looks to be a nicer day for tennis as the Golden Rams will play host to the Fighting Scots under sunny skies with temperatures in the mid-50s.
Scouting Edinboro
Edinboro enters the weekend on a seven-match winning streak and is slated to play its first of two matches on Sunday morning in West Chester. The Fighting Scots have not lost since a 4-3 setback at Eckerd on March 8 and have rattled off wins over Salem, Charleston, Mercyhurst, Shepherd, Fairmont State, Bloomsburg, and Kutztown since that setback.
