No. 1/2 Women's Lacrosse Retains Top Spot in Final Atlantic Regional Rankings

The NCAA Division II women's lacrosse committee released its final regional rankings of the 2025 season on Wednesday morning, and West Chester (16-0) retained the top spot in the Atlantic Region heading into the PSAC Tournament this weekend.

Slippery Rock, East Stroudsburg, and Seton Hill, who will all converge on West Chester this weekend for the PSAC Tournament, claimed spots two through four in the rankings. Kutztown, Wingate, Millersville, and Limestone rounded out the rankings in spots five through eight.

Today's rankings are the season's third and final regional rankings, ahead of the Division II Women's Lacrosse selection show on Sunday night on NCAA.com. The 2025 NCAA Tournament will get underway on Thursday, May 8.

Riding a 60-game regular season winning streak after completing another unbeaten regular season on Saturday at Bloomsburg, West Chester (16-0) earned the right to host the PSAC Tournament once again this year and will get that Tournament underway on South Campus on Friday afternoon vs Seton Hill beginning at 1 p.m. PSAC Tournament central and a link to purchase tickets (please note ticket sales are cashless/online only) is available here.
