WASHINGTON, D.C.- The West Chester University women's tennis team (4-12) went on the road on Wednesday afternoon and returned home with an impressive 4-3 victory over the University of the District of Columbia (9-7).
West Chester jumped out to an early lead with a sweep of doubles as

Ellie Perrin and
Rachel Haupt won their match by default.
West Chester got wins at third, fifth, and sixth singles as Cave won her match 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 while Manful was victorious 7-5, 6-4 along with Haupt who won by default to halt the Golden Rams seven-match losing streak and deliver important momentum heading into the final weeks of the 2024-25 regular season.
