WEST CHESTER, PA – West Chester University head football coach,
Duke Greco, announced the hiring of three new assistant coaches, rounding out his staff for the 2026
season ahead of the spring campaign.
Greg Fedick, Roger Wright and Shaun Kennedy will all become a part of the Golden Rams' football coaching staff beginning with the 2026 spring semester. Fedick and Wright come over from Delaware Valley University's staff where both were a member of Greco's coaching staff when he was the head coach of the Aggies. Kennedy was on the coaching staff at Towson University last year and returns to his alma mater where he served as a student assistant from 2022 to 2024.
Greg Fedick, a 27-year veteran of coaching at the collegiate level, comes over from DelVal after spending the last 22 seasons at the school. His work with the offensive line has been one of the keys to the Aggies' unprecedented success over the past two decades. He will serve as West Chester's offensive line coach and run-game coordinator.

Fedick graduated from Widener University in 1999 with a bachelor of arts degree in History where he was a four-year letterwinner and saw time at all five offensive line positions. He was named a MAC-Commonwealth all-star as a senior and was a member of the 1995 squad that qualified for the NCAA Division III playoffs.
Roger Wright brings 14 years of college football coaching experience with him to West Chester University. He mentored the defensive secondary with the Aggies and will serve in that role with the Golden Rams as well. Wright has coached 28 all-MAC defensive backs and five All-Americans.
Wright graduated from Wesley College with a bachelor of science degree in Sports Management/Athletic Administration in 2000. He was a four-year letterwinner and three-year starter for the Wolverines.
Shaun Kennedy returns to West Chester University's coaching staff after spending one season at Division I-FCS Towson University in 2025. Kennedy, a 2025 graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and minors in Special Education, Early Education and Health Sciences, was a student assistant as an undergrad for both Bill Zwaan, Sr., and
Duke Greco. He served on the Golden Rams' football staff as a student assistant from 2022 to 2024.
He will serve as an assistant working with the quarterbacks this coming season while also taking over the role of Personnel Director for the Golden Rams. He has experience working with outside linebackers and special teams (Towson University) and wide receivers, quarterbacks and special teams at West Chester University.
