BETHLEHEM, Pa.- Josh Miller (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) added another All-Conference honor to his growing resume with another runner-up finish in the 3K in eight minutes and 31.21 seconds to help lead the West Chester men's track and field squad to a sixth-place finish with a team score of 49.5.
The Golden Rams sixth-place finish is the team's best since a fifth-place finish with 57 points at the 2018 PSAC Indoor championships.
Chase Hildebrand (Chalfont, Pa./C.B. South) picked up three points for West Chester in the heptathlon as he finished sixth with 4,438 points, including a fourth-place finish in the pole vault on Sunday with a mark of 11-11 ¾ (3.65m) to highlight his Sunday performance.
Matt Remishofski (Wall, N.J./Wall) led West Chester in the mile with a fifth-place finish in four minutes and 18.20 seconds for four points for the Golden Rams.
West Chester placed three Golden Rams on the podium in the 400, scoring 10 points in this event as
David Burnshaw (Garnet Valley, Pa./Garnet Valley) led the way with a fourth-place finish in 49.54 seconds while
Bishop Lane (Wilmington, Del./Salesianum) and
Terry Dweh (Darby, Pa./Penn Wood) were sixth and seventh in 51.22 and 51.24, respectively.
Evan McCracken (Johnstown, Pa./Richland) scored three points for West Chester in the 60 with a sixth-place finish in 6.93 seconds.
Josh Miller (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville) continued his incredible weekend with a second-place finish in the 3K in 8:31.21 to earn yet another All-League certificate.
West Chester narrowly missed an All-Conference performance to end the weekend as the 4x400 relay squad took fourth in 3:22.49 for five points to end the Championship.
