NEWVILLE, Pa.- Kristina Tapia (Ridley Park, Pa./Ridley) captured the 6K in 21 minutes and 54.0 seconds to lead the West Chester University women's cross country team to the team title in the 6K at the Dickinson Long-Short Invitational on Saturday morning.
Tapia was one of three Golden Rams in the top five in the 6K as
Jessalyn Welsh (Enola, Pa./East Pennsboro) was third in 22:34.3, followed by
Meya Ranges (Nutley, N.J./Nutley) in fourth in 22:39.4.
Reese Billings (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill West) led West Chester in the 4K with an 11
th-place finish in 15:45.4 as West Chester placed fifth in the team standings of the final race of the day at Big Spring High School.
