Nathan Radwanski (Mohnton, Pa./Governor Mifflin) was named Men's Golf Athlete of the Week after winning the WCU Battlefield Classic in a playoff on Tuesday morning.
Radwanski fired a one-under 71 in the opening round of the WCU Battlefield Classic to sit in a tie for first and won the individual title on Tuesday with a birdie on the first playoff hole to win the individual title as WCU won the team title at the rain-shortened WCU Battlefield Classic. Radwanski carded four birdies in his first round on Monday with birdies on the par-four first, par-three sixth, par-five 13th, and par-three 15
th to finish his round with a 71.
West Chester will return to the course next week in Johnstown for the Sunnehanna Collegiate on September 28 and 29.
