2008: Appeared in five games … still managed to place second on the team in rushing with 435 yards and five touchdowns … turned in a career night against Millersville when starting RB Lee Hopkins suffered a season-ending ACL injury on the first play from scrimmage … Webb entered and ran for a school single-game record 306 yards on just 17 carries … that marked the second-best day by a running back in Division II during the year … scored four touchdowns that night as well … his four TDs tied for the second most in a single game in all of Division II as well … injured his ankle at Kutztown and missed the remainder of the season … carried the ball 12 times for 71 yards against Cal in the season opener after Hopkins went down to injury returning the game’s opening kickoff … carried 12 times for 45 yards and a score against Lock Haven … also caught six passes for 83 yards and a touchdown on the season … caught four passes for 47 yards and a score against Cal in season opener … racked up 118 all-purpose yards against the nationally ranked Vulcans in that contest … caught one pass for 25 yards against Lock Haven and one pass for 11 yards at Delaware.

2007: Appeared in all 12 games as mainly a kick returner … carried the ball six times out of the backfield … ran for 28 yards and a 4.7 average … did not score a touchdown … returned 17 kickoffs for 386 yards … averaged 22.7 yards per return … ranked 79th in the country in kickoff return average … racked up 414 all-purpose yards … busted off a 38-yard kick return opposite Cheyney … also let loose for a 34-yard kick return against both Kutztown and East Stroudsburg … his 34-yard return against ESU was on the opening kickoff … Mike Washington caught a 62-yard TD pass the very next play, putting West Chester on top just 17 seconds into the contest … ran four times for a career-best 26 yards in win over Clarion … also had carries against Delaware and Millersville … rolled up 118 yards on six kickoff returns in NCAA II playoff contest against Indiana (Pa.) … posted six tackles playing special teams as well.
