Biography

Incumbent behind the plate for the Golden Rams ... excellent throwing arm ... one of the best defensive catchers in the PSAC ... will be the No. 1 catcher and could see time at designated hitter or first base when not catching … will hit fifth or sixth in the batting order … one of the top catchers in the region… has thrown out 38 percent of potential base stealers over his first two seasons … a good receiver, who pitchers like throwing to … switch hitter with power from both sides of the plate.

2008: Appeared in 36 games before an injury limited his playing time in the second half of the season ... hit .269 with 11 doubles and three home runs ... knocked in 29 runs ... threw out 14 of 31 base stealers ... recorded four RBI against Bloomfield ... went 5-for-18 with four RBI in Northeast Regional tournament ... went 2-for-5 with two RBI in first game of championship series against Shippensburg helping to force a second and deciding game.

2007: Appeared in 35 contests ... drew 33 starts ... fifth on the team in hitting with a .327 batting average ... named second team All-PSAC East ... caught 30 percent of base stealers ... posted a .964 fielding percentage, making just seven errors behind the plate ... knocked in 21 runs.
