Biography

Returning strong safety … physical defensive back … imposing defender in the secondary … can assist in the run defense just as easily as the passing game … excellent instincts for the safety position … also marks very well … one of the top defensive backs in the conference … all-conference and all-region candidate … taking on more of a leadership role on defense this fall … two-year letterwinner.
 
2018: Appeared in and started 10 games … credited with 28 tackles (20 solo, 8 assisted) … registered two tackles for a loss, including his first career sack … intercepted a pair of passes … credited with two QB hurries … recovered a fumble and returned it 18 yards … registered five tackles in a game three times (Bloomsburg, East Stroudsburg and Lock Haven) … posted four solo stops against Bloomsburg and ESU … recovered a fumble at Kutztown … registered a sack against Shippensburg … intercepted a pass against Bentley in season opener and another against Millersville … credited with QB hurries against Shippensburg and in PSAC Championship Game against Slippery Rock.
 
2017: Made nine starts in 13 appearances … finished the year ranking sixth on the team with 40 total tackles … logged 21 solo tackles with 19 assists … recorded 2.0 tackles for loss … notched five pass breakups, one quarterback hurry and one forced fumble … tied for the team lead with two fumble recoveries … recorded at least five tackles in three games … recovered a fumble in back-to-back contests … tallied five tackles (three solo/two assists) against IUP in the NCAA Tournament (11/25).
