Thank you for your interest in West Chester University camps & clinics. West Chester University offers a variety of exciting camps & clinics, utilizing the school's professional coaching staffs for each sport. Our goal is to offer your young athlete the best possible experience while attending a program led by Division II college coaches and highly qualified support staff.
 
For Group Registration information for boys and/or girls summer basketball camp, please contact Coach Kiera Wooden (kwooden@wcupa.edu) for girls’ camps, or Coach Damien Blair (dblair@wcupa.edu) for boys’ camps.  Refunds will not be issued for errors in individual/group registration. Please have your group arrangements completed BEFORE attempting to register.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be issued after the receipt of a written cancellation notice.  To request a refund, please contact the WCU Coach in charge of your specific camp or clinic.  See the refund policy for a specific sport on the FAQ page for that sport at www.wcupacampsandclinics.com. The 6% ARMS registration fee is not refundable for any reason, other than WCU Camp cancellation.

TAX/DEPENDANT CARE INFORMATION
It is the opinion of the PA State System of Higher Education and West Chester University that our summer sports camps do not fall under the definition of childcare for federal and/or state tax purposes. We will NOT supply a tax ID number to any registrants for any reason.

RULES
Campers will be made aware of camp rules in a meeting on the first day of each session. Campers who violate these rules will be dismissed. Parents will be responsible for the cost of the damages to camp property by their child. In case of dismissal, the camp fee will be pro-rated.
