A.J. DeFalco

  • Title
    Assistant Coach - Defensive Line
A.J. DeFalco begins his first season at West Chester University by following Duke Greco over to the Golden Rams from Delaware Valley University where he spent the last seven seasons.

He will serve in the same role at West Chester that he did at DelVal, assisting with the defensive line. DelVal was a perennial power in the MAC winning the conference championship all six years he was on staff without losing a conference game.

DeFalco was an assistant at Division II East Stroudsburg University from 2013 to 2015 under legendary head coach Denny Douds. He worked with the defensive line, assisted in coordinating special teams personnel and served as the game day sideline control supervisor.

DeFalco played arena football - National Indoor Football League and Continental Indoor Football League - as a defensive end/linebacker for 12 seasons from 1999 to 2010. He was also a player coach in the CIFL from 2006-2010 with the New Jersey Revolution.

DeFalco graduated from the College of Staten Island in 1992.
