Ayyub Dail enters his first season as an assistant coach at his alma mater for Duke Greco. He spent the last two seasons at the starting nose guard on the defensive line for the Golden Rams and former head coach, Bill Zwaan, Sr.
 
Dail appeared in 23 games over that span recording 60 tackles, including 11.5 for a loss and five sacks. He was the anchor in the middle of the defensive line for the Purple & Gold over the past two campaigns.
 
Prior to his stint at West Chester, Dail attended IUP and appeared in 20 games for the Crimson Hawks in the PSAC Western Division.
 
The Easton, Pa., native graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022 with a degree in Criminology, before enrolling in grad school at West Chester University the past two years.
