Young place-kicker/punter … may see some attempts in the punting game … one of the top high school place-kickers in Chester County, before heading to college a year ago … finds himself fighting for a spot behind two incumbent place-kickers/punters … with more consistency, he could get some attempts in the punting game … may also kick off, if needed in that capacity.
