Cordell Lord is entering his first season as an assistant coach at West Chester University. Lord is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the program including recruiting, player development, scouting and basketball operations.
 
Prior to his debut at West Chester, Lord graduated from Immaculata University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and sports management while minoring in business administration and human resource management. During his time there, Lord was a part of the men’s basketball team for four years.
 
 Lord has been coaching basketball for five years, being the head coach for the AAU program CAL Sports. Lord is originally from Hatfield, Pa., where he attended North Penn High School, participating in both basketball and track and field.
