Robbie Brosh begins his first season with the West Chester University men’s basketball program as an assistant coach in the 2021-22 season.

Brosh comes to West Chester, after having played four seasons at Cabrini University and an additional fifth year as a graduate student at Rutgers-Camden. A three year team captain at Cabrini, Brosh was a member of two NCAA Tournament teams.  As a freshman, Brosh made four starts on the nationally ranked 2014-15 team prior to suffering a season-ending injury. Additionally, Brosh was a team captain of the 2017-18 team that went 26-4 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Brosh ended his collegiate basketball career having appeared in 64 games, recording 14 starts and finished with a collegiate career assist to turnover ratio of 3:1. Brosh is also established on Camden Catholic High School’s all-time assist leaderboard.

Before his time at West Chester University, Brosh worked as a sports performance coach as well as a basketball trainer, working with some of the top athletes and athletic programs in South Jersey. Brosh currently trains basketball players of all ages and skills levels across the Mid-Atlantic Region. He is a certified personal trainer through The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Brosh specializes in player development, combining basketball skill work with his background in exercise science. Additionally, Brosh contributes with scouting by breaking down film and analyzing opponent tendencies and analytics.


Brosh graduated from Cabrini University with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2018. He was recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) as a member of it’s Honor Court. Brosh received his master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Rutgers-Camden in 2020 and graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA.
