Senior member of both West Chester's cross country and track & field squads ... one of school's top distance runners in each of the past three years ... consistently contributed to the Golden Rams' cross country efforts ... part of very talented distance unit on the track ... teams with classmates Tommy Pearson and Nate Kennedy in most distance and middle distance events.

2007-08: Finished 20th overall at the Maroon & Gold Invitational in a time of 29:28 during the fall season ... finished 44th at the Delaware Invitational (28:29) ... finished 139th at the Paul Short Invitational (28:32).

2006-07: Finished first in the mile at the PSAC East Challenge during indoor season ... placed sixth in the 3000m at the DeSchriver Invitational during the indoor track season.
