Pat Mosley

Pat Mosley

Patricia Mosley is currently in her 14th year as an assistant coach. She joined the West Chester University Track & Field staff in the 2004-05 season as the team’s throws coach. She holds USA Track & Field Level 1 and 2 Certifications as well as a USTFCCCA Throws Coach Event Specialist Certification. Her coaching career spans over 20 years.
 
Before coming to West Chester University, Mosley coached at several high schools in Chester County. The most recent being the head girls track & field/cross country coach at Garnet Valley High School in Glen Mills, PA. During her high school coaching career, multiple athletes medalled at the PIAA District I Track & Field Championships and competed at the PIAA State meet.
 
While at West Chester, Mosley has coached three-time All America and WCU Hall of Fame standout, Nicole James, (shot put & discus), All America Shane Neal (Javelin), and several other NCAA Division II national qualifiers and provisional qualifiers. On the conference level, Mosley has tutored a pair of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) women’s shot put champions and a women’s discus champion, along with multiple PSAC scorers and qualifiers in shot put, discus, hammer, weight throw and javelin. Her latest pupil on the men's side, Ralph Casper walked away with a pair of PSAC individual titles both indoors and outdoors at the conference meet while qualifying for the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships in February 2019.
 
Mosley received her undergraduate degree in Education from West Chester University and a Masters in Counseling from Immaculata University.
