Biography
One of West Chester’s top returning track & field members … member of 4x400m relay that was All-PSAC a year ago … should challenge for a conference championship in a number of events … a regular point-scorer for the Golden Rams … provides a great deal of leadership and experience for the Rams’ track unit … nutrition major.
2010-11: Clocked a personal-best time of 49.76 seconds in the 400m … ran a 57.88 in the 400m hurdles ... also a member of the 4x400m relay that turned in a time of 3:20.6 … qualified for PSAC Championships in 400m, 400m hurdles and as member of 4x400m … 4x400m relay team was All-PSAC with an eight-place finish.
High School: State runner-up and all-league performer in a couple of events … member of 4x400m team that was District 1 champions.
