2007-08: Placed 11th at NCAA East Regionals during the cross country campaign ... All-PSAC runner with his 13th place finish at the conference championships ... won two individual titles and finished second on two other occasions ... took top honors in the Maroon & Gold Invitational in a time of 27:30 ... also won the Paul Short Invitational "White" 8K race in a season-best time of 25:45 ... finished second at the Lock Haven Invitational and the Delaware Invitational ... led all Golden Rams to the finish line on six occasions during the cross country season.

2006-07: Finished 17th at the NCAA East Regionals during the cross country season ... posted best individual time by a West Chester runner since 2000 at PSAC Cross Country Championships ... finished 22nd at the cross country conference race ... qualifier for PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championships in 5000m.

2005-06: Voted MVP of West Chester's cross country team ... NCAA Cross Country All-Academic Team selection ... finished 54th at the NCAA East Regionals during cross country season.

2004-05: Competed for University of Pittsburgh's Division I men's cross country team.
