2010-11 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
One of West Chester’s top long-distance runners … turned in a stellar fall season during the cross country campaign and then rolled over that success into both the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons … very talented and consistent runner … teams with Brigid Prufer to form one of the bets one-two combinations in the conference … could develop into an all-conference runner by the time she graduates … named team MVP for cross country in 2008.
2009: 7th place in the Mile at the PSAC Indoor Championships…Also raced the 800m and qualified in the 3000m and 5000m … Qualified for the 800, 1500m, 3000m, and 3000m Steeplechase for the PSAC Outdoor Championships.
2008: Finished in the top 20 in three out of her eight races … finished fourth at the Kutztown race – her best performance of the season … placed 41st at the PSAC Championships – ranked first among her teammates … team MVP during cross country season.
