The sophomore attacker scored 11 goals and added three assists as the Golden Rams split a pair of games over the weekend at home.

Hannah Cowan scored five goals, and Erin Eckert added four goals, to lead 10th-ranked West Chester University to a 16-8 victory over visiting Slippery Rock in a PSAC women's lacrosse contest on a blustery and windy Friday afternoon at Vonnie Gros Field.

Cowan finished the game with a career-high eight points to lead the Golden Rams' attack. She scored three of the first four goals for Wes Chester, who jumped out to a 7-1 lead.

On Saturday, Cowan scored six goals including a goal to tie the game at 10-10 in overtime, beofre West Chester fell 11-10 in overtime to Mercyhurst.
