Bogdan Grebenyuk played a major role in how West Chester swam away with a Tri-meet sweep over the Southern Connecticut State Owls, 248- 84, and Shippensburg Red Raiders, 267-65, for the third straight year.
On day one, Grebenyuk was a part of the relay team that grabbed first place with a time of 3:28:48 in 400-yard medley relay.
Grebenyuk continued to impress, as he swam solo in the 100 breaststroke earning first place. As a result, Grebenyuk's time of 57.90 seconds in the 100 breaststroke broke the pool record set two years ago by Shippensburg's Sean Minford.
On day two, he was on the 200 Medley relay team that captured first place. Grebenyuk finished the day with a first place finish in the individual competition of the 200 breaststroke.
