Kusakavitch was named the PSAC athlete after scoring three goals and added an assist for a total of seven points to help West Chester defeat PSAC rivals Shippensburg and Slippery Rock last week.

She began the week by getting the Golden Rams on the board to tie the Red Raiders 1-1 early in the first half. After Shippensburg regained the lead, the Golden Rams would come back to tie it again to force overtime, where Kusakavitch would set up her teammate Alexis Versak for the game-winner to seal a 3-2 double OT victory.

The junior forward then doubled her scoring output with the first and last goals of the game as West Chester would shutout Slippery Rock, 3-0. With those wins, the veteran helped the Golden Rams remain undefeated and in first place of the conference.
