Jr., Victor Polyakov  was named the most outstanding swimmer for the second time in three years as he led West Chester University's men's swimming team to its 18th consecutive PSAC Championship Sunday at the York YMCA's Graham Aquatic Center.
 
Polyakov put himself in excellent position for his third straight PSAC Athlete of the Year, which will be awarded later this spring. He won his fourth individual event of the 2016 championships when he opened the evening by taking first in the 1,650-yard freestyle in 15 minutes, 52.22 seconds.
