Ralph Casper (York, Pa./York Suburban) also performed well in his return to action after a month-long layoff as he finished second in the weight throw with a mark of 51 feet, 11 ¾ inches, which was also a PSAC Qualifying mark. Casper also captured the shotput with a mark of 52-6 ½ to conclude his solid performance at the Golden Bear Invitational.
