Box Score

WEST CHESTER, Pa.
– Mike Pryor headed in a cross in the first half, but 12th-ranked East Stroudsburg responded with two second-half goals to earn a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over host West Chester Saturday afternoon.

Pryor headed a cross into the lower left-hand corner of the net in the 40th minute of the contest to put the Golden Rams (8-7-3, 3-4-1 PSAC East) on top early. It was his team-leading eighth marker of the season.

However, ESU (15-3, 8-1) never panicked and countered in the second 45 minutes to get the win.

Rashane Ellison scored with 11 minutes left in regulation to tie the tilt. Then, Nick Greenwood scored the game-winner with just four minutes left.

Peter Weiss made four saves going the distance in net for West Chester. Larry Pokrywa made six saves for the Warriors.

West Chester, who has been eliminated from postseason contention, takes on Bloomsburg Wednesday.
