No. 20 West Chester Hosts So. Conn. St. In NCAA II Playoffs Saturday

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - No. 20 West Chester University welcomes Southern Connecticut State University to Farrell Stadium Saturday afternoon at 12 p.m. for the first round of the NCAA II Playoffs. Audio and The game will be streamed live on NCAA.com. 

The Golden Rams (8-3) venture into the postseason for the fifth straight year under head coach Bill Zwaan while the Owls (8-2) are making their fourth consecutive trip to the NCAA II Tournament. West Chester is 4-8 all-time in its previous eight trips to the playoffs. SCSU is 0-3 and looking for its first postseason win. 

Saturday marks the first time that the two schools will meet on the gridiron since 1963. West Chester leads the overall series 3-1.
