WEST CHESTER, Pa. - West Chester University easily dispatched host Goldey Beacom, 3-0, in a non-league women's volleyball match Thursday night. The Rams took the match by scores of 25-20, 25-6 and 25-17.
Michelle Powers led West Chester (11-2) with 12 kills while Megan Musselman contributed 11 kills. Jacqueline Vivanco led the squad with 13 digs and Lisa Yeasted had 33 assists.
The Golden Rams have now won five straigth matches and taken 15 of the 16 sets in the process. West Chester travels to Holy Family on Saturday afternoon before returning home for a much-anticipated showdown with undefeated Lock Haven in a battle for first place in the PSAC East.
