PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – West Chester’s women’s gymnastics squad finished fourth at the Penn Quad Meet Saturday afternoon.
Southern Connecticut State won the meet with a 187.200 while host Penn scored a 186.425 and Ursinus a 184.750. West Chester came in with a 175.925.
Jenna Ciatto enjoyed a particularly exciting afternoon, scoring a 9.45 on the floor and a 9.30 on the balance beam. Lindsay Britt scored a 9.375 on the floor to complement Ciatto’s effort. Alli Aquila scored a 9.35 on the vault.
West Chester will host Wilson College on Sunday, Feb. 22 at Sturzebecker HSC in the team’s second and final home meet of the 2009 campaign.
