PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – West Chester University’s women’s gymnastics squad turned in its best score of the winter with a 178.800 that put the Golden Rams fourth in a very talented field at the Liberty Classic held at Temple University Saturday afternoon.
Host Temple won the meet with a 190.800, Ithaca College was second with a 184.625, Ursinus was third with a 183.600 and Wilson rounded out the field with a 148.500.
Amber Miller scored a season-best 9.675 on the balance beam. Ali Aquilla scored a 9.325 on the vault and a 9.300 on the floor exercise.
Jenna Ciatto posted two scores better than 9.00, scoring a 9.000 even on the vault and a 9.175 on the floor exercise.
Felicia Massaro scored a 9.250 on the vault as well for the Golden Rams.
