WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Ricky Williamson scored a pair of goals and assisted on another during a first half explosion as host West Chester University cruised to a 5-2 victory over visiting Holy Family University in a non-league men's soccer match inside John A. Farrell Stadium Wednesday afternoon.
West Chester (4-6) won its second straight match.
Zac Tassone, Kyle Miller and Nic Sakiewicz added tallies to help West Chester jump out to a 5-0 lead at halftime. For Sakiewicz, it was his first career goal. Josh Labik, Jake Maxwell and Conor Malarney each picked up assists in the contest.
Kevin Marron made three saves in the start. He played the first 83 minutes of the contest. Peter Weiss finished up the final seven minutes.
West Chester is back in action against Lincoln Saturday at 2:30 p.m.
