Bloomsburg Women Top West Chester, 7-2

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Bloomsburg's women's tennis team swept the doubles competition and then took four of the six singles matches to pick up a 7-2 victory over host West Chester in a battle for first place in the PSAC Eastern Division.

West Chester (12-4, 3-1 PSAC East) suffered its first league loss while Bloomsburg remained perfect at 2-0 in league play.

Claire Afrassiabian and Luisi Souto picked up the two lone wins for West Chester in singles play.

West Chester returns to action against Mercyhurst at home on Friday afternoon.
