West Chester Women's Tennis Downs Bryn Mawr, 9-0

BRYN MAWR, Pa. - West Chester University's women's tennis squad downed Bryn Mawr, 9-0, in a non-league competition on Thursday afternoon.

West Chester swept the doubles competition by identical scores of 8-3 and then swept the singles in straight sets each time.

Brittany Counts, Claire Afrassiabian, Alex Santoro, Kara Shumock, Teresa Grasso and Nicole Paller all won their sets. Counts and Luisi Soto teamed up at No. 1 doubles while Ali Fetter and Santoro teamed up at second doubles and Shumock and Paller were winners at third doubles.
