WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Lance McDowell scored a game-high 21 points, including 17 in the first half, to lead host West Chester (8-3) to a 78-64 victory over visiting Edinboro (8-5) in a PSAC crossover contest inside Hollinger Field House Saturday afternoon.
West Chester (8-3) put four players in double figures, including Khalif Foster, who scored 18 points off the bench, to outdistance Edinboro (8-5). The Golden Rams shot 91 percent (21 of 23) from the foul line in the game.
McDowell added 10 rebounds and three steals to his 21 points. Harley Williamson was one carom short of a double-double with 10 points and nine boards. Shannon Givens scored 11 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out five assists. Foster had eight rebounds to go with his 18 points.
