WEST CHESTER, Pa. – Host West Chester University ended Holy Family’s four-match winning streak with a 3-2 non-league volleyball win over the visiting Tigers on Tuesday evening inside Hollinger Field House.
Junior outside hitter Lexi Kegerise registered a career-high 30 kills and hit .520 for the match to pace the Golden Rams (9-6). She closed out the match with a kill in game five that gave West Chester a 15-12 win in the deciding set.
Helen Fitzpatrick recorded 38 assists in the win as well. Julie Boblits recorded 14 kills while Kelly Martin had nine. Lisa Campbell led West Chester with 18 digs while Dana Markol notched 12. Mary Faust registered 28 assists.
West Chester is off until Friday when it hosts Shippensburg in its first PSAC Eastern Division slate.
