WEST CHESTER, Pa. - Lexi Kegerise notched 10 kills and Julia O'Brien posted nine kills to lead host West Chester to a 3-1 victory over visiting Georgian Court in non-league action Tuesday night at Hollinger Field House.
West Chester (13-13) took the match by scores of 25-15, 25-18, 24-26, 25-18 to get back to .500 on the season. The Golden Rams controlled each of the first two sets, running out to big leads and never looking back. However, Georgian Court (1-13) fought back with an inspired effort in the third set to push the match to a fourth.
Dana Markol had 24 digs and Mary Faust had 20 assists.
West Chester travels to Shippensburg for a pivotal PSAC East matchup against the Red Raiders Friday night.
