Meet Results

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.
- Melissa Voskian placed first in the floor exercise and second on the vault to lead visiting West Chester to a 183.4-180.675 victory over host Ursinus College in the season opener Wednesday evening.

Voskian, who qualified for nationals a year ago on the vault, really shined in the floor exercise for the Golden Rams. She scored a 9.575 to top that event. Voskian also scored a 9.575 on the vault, which was good for a runner-up performance.

Kaley LaFleur was the only other individual winner for the Golden Rams on Wednesday. She won the vault with a score of 9.6, edging out Voskian. LaFleur also placed third on the balance beam with a score of 9.050.

Freshman Meghan Brannon was third in the floor with a score of 9.3 while also placing second on the uneven bars with a score of 9.4. Fellow freshman Jacklyn Clark was third right behind Brannon on the bars with a 9.25.

Emily Siegel was runner-up on the balance beam with a score of 9.325. She edged out teammate LaFleur in that category.
