KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Jaleel Mack led four players in double figures with 16 points, and Troy Hockaday added 13, as visiting West Chester cruised to a 96-67 victory over host Kutztown in a PSAC East men's basketball contest Wednesday night.
West Chester (16-6, 14-4 PSAC) registered its highest output of the season while sweeping the season series from Kutztown (5-19, 4-14). The Golden Rams are now on a three-game winning streak as they strengthened their hold on second place in the Eastern Division.
Harley Williamson scored 12 points and Jon Breeden had 10 to round out West Chester’s scorers in double figures. However, Ryan McKeaney added nine points, and Matt Wisely and Corey Blake each posted 10. Wisely led the Golden Rams with 11 rebounds while Blake pulled down 10 boards.
West Chester returns home on Saturday afternoon for a 3 p.m. tip with Bloomsburg. The Golden Rams will celebrate Senior Day at Hollinger Field House. Breeden, Williamson and Carl Johnson will be recognized before the start of the game.
