Box Score SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - Julia O'Brien (Holland, Pa./Garden Spot) registered 11 kills, but host Shippensburg outhit the visiting Golden Rams in a 3-0 sweep of a PSAC women's volleyball match inside Heigis Fieldhouse Friday evening.
West Chester (16-11, 6-10 PSAC) falls into a tie with Shippensburg (12-13, 6-10) for third place in the Eastern Division standings as a result of the loss by scores of 25-20, 25-21, 25-12. The two schools split their season series this fall. Shippensburg hit .208 for the match while West Chester mustered just a .088 hitting percentage. After O'Brien's 11 kills, the next highest in that category on the Golden Rams had three.
Callie Krajcir (Allentown, Pa./Parkland) recorded 22 digs while
Mandy Flynn (Pittsburgh, Pa./South Fayette) posted 16 assists.
