The Lady Eagles would get to within four points on three occasions the rest of the way. However, the Golden Rams went on a mini 8-2 run with a 57-53 lead that pushed the advantage into double figures where it would stay the rest of the night.
Serifat Junaid (Chesilhurst, N.J./Camden Catholic) had five of her 11 points off the bench in that spurt. She posted nine of her points after the break.
Hook has averaged 18.5 points over her last two games. She missed the Goldey-Beacom contest with a minor injury. Her emergence this winter in the front court has helped first-year head coach Kiera Wooden get off to such a hot start.
