Ben Mingledough (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Carroll) added 19, as visiting West Chester defeated host Millersville, 79-72, in a PSAC men's basketball contest inside Pucillo Gym Wednesday night.

West Chester (10-11, 8-7 PSAC) completed the season sweep of Millersville (10-11, 6-9) with the win on the Marauders' home court and moved over .500 in the conference standings.

Grant and Mingledough combined to score 41 of the Golden Rams' 79 points. The two players on West Chester's roster, who wear Nos. 1 and 2 finished in that order on the scoresheet. It marked Grant's first 20-point game in the Purple & Gold while Mingledough hit 19 points in a game for the second time this winter.

West Chester doubled up Millersville over the final 4:24, going on a 14-7 run to close out the game. Grant and Mingledough combined for nine of the Rams' points during the decisive spurt. Grant also stuck a dagger in the hopes of the hometown faithful with a big 3-pointer early in that run. For Mingledough, it marked the fourth time in the last five games that he put up double figures in points.

Grant finished 6-for-9 from the field and 6-for-7 from the free throw line to power his career night. The Golden Rams shot 48.9 percent from the field for the game, including 54.5 percent (12 of 22) in the second half.
